Return Policy
Items shipped from The PC Guy.ca can be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to any refunds. Customer responsible for return shipping costs on refunded items. There is no charge for return shipping on defective items. All items must be in original condition they were received before any refunds/replacements are issued.
